Let's talk about SAX
I wanted the cubs and sox like everyone else, but since I can't have that I don't really care if the yankees win. That would be fine. So they have money. So they're spoiled brats. That's life I guess. Go yankees.

Not. Season ruined for the Cubs, by the Cubs. The fan had little or nothing to do with the ten thousand other chances the Cubs had at winning and putting the Marlins away.
Not going to say the Cubs choked because they didn't play terrible and they scored a lot of runs - let's face it - the Marlins played a heck of a series and deserve to be where they are.
Even as a loyal Cub fan I gotta tip my hat to the Marlins this time - much as I hate em!!
Go Yankees!!! Hope they catch some fish and fry em up.
I hope Yankee Stadium collapses on George Steinbrenner.
PS You're a day late.

I was always rooting for the team that everyone else wanted to not win
I never understood baseball...you are supposed to hit the ball, I get that much, but why do you always have to run to the base that is off to the right? I mean it should still count as a home run if you do it the other way around
EDIT: I didn't make the little league team (seriously)
I only really like playoff baseball, and the game on Thursday night blew! The sox should not have lost that game. Very dissapointing. At least, the Marlins picked up game one tonight against the Yanks.

About the money issue, Steinbrenner is what every team wishes their owner was like, the willing desire to spend as much money as possible to win. The problem isn't Steinbrenner, or even the owner's who refuse to ever spend any money; the problem is the MLB's system. The poor revenue sharing and the lack of a salary cap are the two biggest problems. That's why the NFL is the best league out there; the great system they have set up with revenue sharing and salary cap.
