I would, but I have no idea how to get into a IRC chat from mandrake.

    DALnet is actually useable again?
You ever try a pink golf ball, Wally? Why, the wind shear on a pink ball alone can take the head clean off a 90 pound midget at 300 yards.

Why is it there and not somewhere like freenode?

Because nobody uses it anyway. We've tried to get people to use it before, and it's never worked.

join the channel and not a soul in there... who the hell chose dalnet anyways? at least move the channel to a stable server like efnet

heh. efnet? stable? thats a new one. The network's servers are alwas up, yes, but thats where you go when you are training netsplit bots, if you get my drift. Freenode is better, but i have found myself a nice small network on which i have very few problems with anything like that. Look into your server choices very carefully next time, and DALnet won't even come into the picture.

    omg, dalnet?

Anyway, arcor.de.eu.dal.net seems to be fast for europe. All the US servers and the main hub seem to be rather... offline.

Too bad quakenet wouldn't accept such a channel.

That's my bot that's in there. I've registered the channel.
