But once WinE is on, all Windows apps can be run in Linux.

What exactly is so bad about Linux, it is free, open source, exciting to use, fun, and great for developing on? Personally I think that those are all very positive factors. Sure there are some bad times but those are fun too because you get to work on your computer and troubleshoot.

LINUX is free for downlaod you can find a very large list at:

But, if you do not have the bandwith to download it, you can buy it from the store. I got my version of Mandrake for $20 at Bestbuy but the new and so much better one costs a little more But comes with more development tools and games. I would reccomend buying it just for the software. You can also buy a linux book wich usually comes with Linux + software.

and read the halloween papers www.opensource.org/halloween and you'll know that even micro$oft acknowledges that linux is more stable than itself etc and considers it competition

windows is a piece of crap when it comes to webhosting, routing and servers... another bad combination is windows+apache... have any of you taken a look at the IIS server code? the code is so messy it is unbelivable...
