    Do avatars mean anything?

In your opinion does a person's avatar have any meaning? if not, should it have meaning?

I think that it does give an insight into the person's personility.

Sometimes you could get something about them from their avatar. Like some people you can tell don't like void main() and others who knows. And you I think marines

Avatars are meaningless... true insight lies in a person's title.

it has meaning if the person want it to, but if they don't, then they don't... sure, they can give a little insight into their personality, but who cares?

If you can find meaning in a toaster, do tell.
The word rap as it applies to music is the result of a peculiar phonological rule which has stripped the word of its initial voiceless velar stop.

It's meaningless, as well as the title...
    It's just for fun!
Although you can creat a small idea about someone based on his avatar or title.

Well, at least nobody has to go through the uncomfortable process of telling you anymore. We were down to drawing straws. Sorry.
