Quality may be low, but the real evil is with the DRM stuff they are about to unleash apon the world. Imagine being able to set emails to auto-delete themselves after opened. Imagine asking the microsoft digital rights server permission for every program you want to execute. The TCPA, or whatever they renamed it to is the real evil in the universe.
