    Flash Help?

Hey, I haven't posted in forever mostly because I quit programming but still come here and read the forums. A couple of days ago I started picking up flash but cannot afford a book right now to help learn. I have been looking for some good tutorials to help teach it to me. I've done numerous searches on google and have found some good sites, but i just remembed that there was a couple of people on here a while back who used flash alot, adn just wanted to see if anyone knows of any good sites. Thanks in advance.

Hmm...that's sad and kinda scares me I've only begun programming C++ on my own and yes, sometimes I do feel like giving up...

As for Flash help, the program itself comes w/ online help/tutorials, not much and only the bare essentials are covered, but after following them you could have the hang of using the interface and making simple graphics and animation.

I havent used Flash in a long time...

I second the recommendation for www.were-here.com. I'm a long time member over there; it's a great community with a lot of extremely talented professionals.

I'd also like to recommend www.actionscript.org. They have a really nice tutorial section focusing on, you guessed it, actionscript.

You might also want to grab yourself a book, I've heard those from Peachpit Press are pretty decent.
