Craig Kilborn was the original host - he left to take over the Late Late Show from Tom Snyder.
Colbert's been there for a long damn time, but not since the start (I don't think). The only people I can remember off the top of my head that were on there were Lizz Winstead and Beth Littleford, both of whom are gone. Lizz is the creator, or at least one of them.
