Favors and Opinions

I want to get Mackrory Web Programming up and running by the first day of school (August 25th) (no reason - just a reasonable goal considering the amount of time I'm going to be spending out of town between now and then). The first step for me is the logo. I finally settled on a dark gray and dark blue. I figured it wasn't FD colors, it wasn't CProg colors (and those were accidents, I promise!), and I like the colors. So I made this logo. I need the following:

Your opinions. Please keep in mind the requests I have below, and the fact that the Red version has been commented on before. The only new thing is that I've rotated the web 45 degrees, changed the color scheme, added those lines at the top and bottom, and the web programming thing on the right.
I need anti-aliasing. I saw it done on the previous logo and it made it look much better. I guess I underestimated it. I don't at the current time have a program capable of anti-aliasing other than one that handles at maximum 64x64 icons. I know this is an unforgiveable sin, and I'll get one as soon as I can, but if someone could help me out here, I'd really appreciate it.
I would also like the white parts (and don't forget inside the letters and web if that makes a difference to the method your program uses) transparent.
If someone can't do both 1 and 2, could the person who does the second adjustment please do it on the modified version, just to make things easier for everybody. Thanks a lot to everyone who helps with the pictures and anybody who gives me opinions - even if you criticize like there's no tomorrow.

The image is just too large to upload here, so you can find it as www.geocities.com/sean_mackrory/logo.gif. This is just a quick host for the picture - I'm not going to host the site here.

    Mackrory, that's a dead link :P

I'm not good with the program, but I should be able to do what you need in Photoshop. Email me the picture - sounds like I'm going to owe you a favor anyway.
    Away.

Yeah - I've been trying to fix that. Should work now. I'll email it to you anyway. Thanks buddy. I'll still owe you one just in case.

    I'm working on 2 & 3.
Naturally I didn't feel inspired enough to read all the links for you, since I already slaved away for long hours under a blistering sun pressing the search button after typing four whole words! - Quzah
