does the board have an age requirement.. why is that.. the Net is global it is not tied down to the rules of a specific country..
I thought it did, but I'm not really thaaat young... I am going into H/S.
I'm pretty sure if you're under 13 you're supposed to get your parents permission to sign up. It's not really checked, but it covers the webmaster in case something bad happens. If you lie about it, well, too bad.
