When I did that level awhile ago I found it much easier to find someone who knew VB, then I decompiled the program and gave them the code, then they took the code in it and made a new program to print out the username/password. It is very confusing code if you dont know VB b/c it like takes chunks out of a long string of text and uses it. VERY CONFUSING. but it was simple since I knew someone (i think it was SilverCord)
