    Beckham in Real Madrid

Beckham will join the likes of Zinedine Zidane, Luis Figo, Roberto Carlos and Ronaldo in Real. Not fair, Real seems to be another microsoft (in soccer) in the making.

All I can say is good riddance to the manx bas...!

You can tell I am an Elland Road fanatic then huh?

I also am an England follower, which isnt such good news. Players that go abroad tend to have excuses for missing National training etc. Like England needs any more excuses..
    Such is life.

As much as I hate to see British teams losing good players I am sick to death of the news here being dominated by a football player, that's it, that's all he is. A guy who kicks a ball.

Rumour has it that Fergie gave him the boot cos he wouldn't do as was told anyway. Everyone knows that falling out with Fergie is a no-no if you want to stay in the United side.

You wanted everybody to be Ainstein or a panepistimium professor?
He has the skills, he takes advantage of them and he deserves our bravo. Someone gets money because of his mind, someone else because of his "power", and that's the way it is. That's the beuty of life. That's the Everyone finds his way to gain money. Either by kicking a ball, either by singing either by teaching.

I said nothing of the sort. I agree, he does a job well, he gets paid for it. But if you lived here in England you would think by reading the papers that his move to Italy was the end of mankind. It's not the fault of the media, they just print what people want to hear about. It just amazes me that there are gonna be so many people who are gonna be devastated over it. It really is only a game.

Yeah, he is the poster boy of England. If I lived there, as meeps does, I'd probably be sick of the guy too.
