lol, that makes me want to cry to be an american, but then I remember something about a country (was it italy???) banning video games for a short period of time... Even if it were possible to do (maybe a feature built into windows?) the government would be brought to its knees by millions of DOS attacks, that's not considering the number of lawsuits that would occur.
