www.topcoder.com is a great contest site.. it is live.. so you need to code at the given time.. and compete against other users.. you also have to find bugs ion others code to get more points in the given time.. and you can code and compile at thei site itself....

You can't do TopCoder with C. It requires the language is capable of using classes.
