First off, I don't mean to be rude at all. But perhaps they don't hire you because your resume has typing/grammer errors in it, or perhaps your format of your resume is not appealing. You could try hiring a business to create you a resume which may be more appealing. Here are some options I would consider if I were you:
-Work hard at any job possible to get enough money to start your own business. (If you cannot do it alone then find about 5 other graduates or starters to join you, you may become very sucessful using this approach. It's always worth the try.)
-Relocate yourself to another location or country.
-Find a large company that you could work for, find out who has an 'opinion that counts' such as a manager and then stalk him/her and run into them at places and try to get to know them (invite them to a bar, etc..), meanwhile giving them the impression that you are not after a job. After time tell them that you were thinking of quitting and if they could get you a job since their your friend. (This idea is far-fetched in a way, but you never know )
