i read an article on soft america (kids in school) and hard america (people in the real world and in the military...it was half a war article) and I decided to start a list of truths that everyone is going to have to face when they get into 'hard' america (real world, not military per se)

- you aren't necessarily anything special
- you won't necessarily like your job
- you won't necessarily get paid a lot

first three i thought of, now i'd like to give other people a chance.
