Thread: Halo 2 Preview/Gameplay Movie

There is an 8-minute long preview/gameplay movie for Halo 2 available from fileplanet. It appears to be a camcorder capture of a video screen that is playing the movie on it so the quality isn't what it could be and many parts of what you do see are rather dark but it is still FREAKIN AWESOME. It showcases two new weapons, the Battle Rifle (combination Assault Rifle and Sniper Rifle from the first Halo game), and dual-akimbo SubMachinguns. You can catch glimpses of the new enemy, called the Brute. I can't wait till it comes out. Droooollllllsss....

Bleh, I'm more looking forward to the PC version of Halo.

Well, they've only had over a year since the XBox release to add stuff to it. They freaking better have new things.

The ebgames website says 04/01/2004 for Halo 2's release date. But, since that is April Fools day and it also says "The ship date is subject to change and has not been confirmed by the manufacturer." I am not trusting that. I remember that Bungie's webstie said it would definitely not be out this year.
