There are facial creams that tighten the skin of your face. But you'll get some funny looks buying them if you're a guy.

No, but I'm pretty sure that this is not a good place to ask for such advice. Most of the guys I've met who are hardcore programmers aren't exactly the pinnacle of male attractiveness.

If you realy want tight cheek muscel, then put your head
inside a bowl of icy water 1 hour a day after exercise.and stay away from smoking . i smoke myself though.
