Most of you probably read Slashdot daily, but for those of you who do not, check this article out:

Genius article, every paragraph has something extraordinary in it.

I don't think the article said anything new.

The guy was just mulling over his own ideas.

But I think one of his assumptions is faulty. He places too much emphasis on dividing activities into right-brain or left-brain focused.

Hacking is a whole brain activity. Therefore it is an art and a science.
