I may very have signed my soul away for 3-4 months

Anyone here worked at Cedar Point? If so, how good/bad/crappy is it? Because it can't possibly be worse than bagging groceries.

Having worked at neither an amusement park nor a grocery store, I would wonder whether the pay is really any better at Cedar Point. I don't know about Tallmadge, Ohio, but here grocery store labor is unionized so all the bagger boys and girls get pretty good pay (or got until Wal-Mart began edging in on the grocery stores' turf), health care benefits, etc. It's a pretty cushy job for a teen, and believe me I've tried getting such a job.

The local amusement park here, some Six Flags, does not seem like a very good place to work unless you like rides and get a free season pass and a bunch of other perks.

Oh well, serving snow cones, taking tickets, and cleaning up vomit can be every bit as fun as bagging groceries. Maybe you'd even get to be one of those costumed beasts! That would be a change of pace.

has those perks; and six flags sux. The six flags in ohio sucked even when It was called "Geauga Lake"

and cleaning crap up isn't tough.
