    Need to interview a CIS/CS

I have an assignment. I'm supposed to gather information for a report from the questions you answer for this assignment in my Written Communication(Business) on-line course that I'm taking at my Technical College(SWTC, WI).

I'm sure you've had a few of these pop up before. Anyhow..

The person who answers my questions must be a professional in the field of CIS - Microcomputer Specialist or a close sister of that field. I need to know about the different kinds of written communication that you perform on a daily, weekly, monthly and/or yearly basis.

Specifically, what are the following forms of communication like for you? -
    • Memorandums and e-mail messages
    • Routine letters
    • Negative messages
    • Persuasive letters and memos
    • Goodwill and special messages
    • Informal reports
Thank you for your effort and time, it is appreciated.
The world is waiting. I must leave you now.

What if I lie to you, tell you I'm professional, then make crap up? Will that work?
If you ever need a hug, just ask.

A moderator has already assisted me, but I suppose a couple of replies wouldn't hurt anything. The more real-life informaiton, the better.

Basically, what are the forms of communication I listed like for you? What is the tone like in each message? What are the ones you receive like? What are the ones you send like?

Goodwill - "you can do it" - "i'm very pleased with whatever it is you did - good job"
Negative - "get to work slacker" - "cleanup your act buster" - "I am very disatisfied with your performance"
Persuasive - "talk to me shuga'" (ok, I'm kidding ) - "I would be very pleased if you would do 'yadda yadda' for me"

It's not that difficult really. My email button sends to a valid email address. YES, no spam thank you.
