For the past two summers I had an obsession where I would eat really big bowls of cereal around 3am. My sleep schedule is really out of whack during the summer, and for some reason I like to eat HUGE bowls of cereal early in the morn. Thought I would share that all of you...

man, i cant eat any of those sugary chocolate type cereals. its just too nasty in the mourning. the only one i do like is frosted flakes.

Even Continental (as we in UK call it) breakfasts are better...like ham and cheese and croissants etc....but cereals...uughg.
And before you enquire-no I do not have bacon and eggs and toast and black pudding and mushrooms and beans every day- I WISH!
Mostly I will quick grab toast and coffee and dash out.
