I also get alot of spam on Hotmail, and I told them not to list me in the member directory while signing up. It's stupid, I only use it for MSN, and I set my inbox to Exclusive, so that only people on a SafeList can get through; however, recently a bunch of junk did get into my inbox and I don't even have the address's on my SafeList!

I used them about 3-4 years ago, but they began getting very slow and unreliable. I liked their assortment of address's that were available. Perhaps they have changed, I'll give them another shot.

Hmmmz, I've used hotmail for probably about the last 6 years or so. In those 6 years I've obviously used my e-mail address alot.
I get maybe 15 spam mails a day. About half of those are because my friends decided they wanted to be funny and used my e-mail address to sign me up for porn mail (yes, it was them, I know for sure).
I use yahoo for spam filtering and have had an account there for about a year. I use that for whenever I need to use an e-mail address, but don't know for sure whether they'll send spam or not. I get about 30-40 spam mails a day there....

Wohh......dude
are they anyway to crack my fren hotmail address passwords? just want to know only....................... thanks, dude
-
Yes there is - I've had to hack in because my Mom forgot her password and didn't know the answer to her Secret Question. If you can prove to me that you're doing this for some good reason, or the victim will be anti-Bush, I'll pm you.
Just joking. Yes there is a way. No I'm not going to tell you. You could probably figure it out if you really tried.
We switched from AOL to MSN as our ISP a few months ago, and all we got a lot of spam (250+ a day). Kind of ironic since there biggest selling point is, "less SPAM than AOL!". In the 4 years we've been using it, AOL has given us over a year free to thank us for switching back from MSN, sent us 3 spam emails, all of which we actually found useful, and they even sent me 35 of the junk CDs that I collect. We've called MSN, and I'm not exaggerating, at least 20 times to tell them we don't want them anymore, and they continue to charge us after 6 months.

CuriousITY,
Nobody here is going to tell you how to hack into anything, especially someone else's e-mail account. This site has a zero tolerance policy on that sort of thing.
-
wow, 2 MB space
and the SSL server doesn't work.....
cool .... and it's all free ....... microsoft $=? :x
I would rather use a email server running on a 100 mhz linux box, than using the hotmail service!!!

I'm sorry, I've taken email for granted I guess.
-
u dont have to "hack" hotmail to get into it. Were not going into this any more then what i say next because "hacking" is illegal and is therefore not a valid discussion of how to on these forums.
Social Engineering.

haha, I came up with a great way to get people's passwords with social engineering...the only thing is, I'm WAY too lazy to even bother. In addition...why would I want someone else's hotmail account?
-
I get about 100-150 spam messages a day on my hotmail acount, been using it for awhile.
-
i use hotmail for msn because many of my friends use msn. i don;t really like the services.. to much spam. yahoo is better
