I drink about 2-4 cups a day. But when I'm programming, I'll have a cup every one and a half hour or so.

i used to drink 1-4 cups a day, but i stopped a few months ago.. it was making me twitchy. i still have it 3 or 4 times a week, when i'm at school, but i usually have tea or soda when i'm at home.

i don't like soda because my dentist said it's incredibly bad for your teeth. She said coffee won't eroid my teeth, and if I brush frequently it won't stain my teeth either. The only reason I started drinking was because I couldn't stay awake in any of my morning classes, but now I feel like tweak on south park when I drink too much (and it makes my armpits sweat really bad too).
I used to drink 2 cups in the morning with breakfast about 5 days a week. About 2 months ago I started drinking only juice and milk with my breakfast and (duh) I feel a lot better during the day. I only drink about 1 or 2 sodas a day, if at all. Usually with lunch and maybe a late night coding-binge snack.
Yeah jdinger I'm trying to have a lot more orange juice in the morning, along with a good breakfast. When I don't feel like eating I bring granola bars to school. Maybe I'm noctournal or something because no matter how hard I try I cannot seem to stay awake in any of my morning classes. I honestly get at least 6 hours of sleep every night, which is enough for me (I come from a family of light sleepers, no one else sleeps as much as I do in my immediate family). Hmm. I am trying to quit coffee, in case I didn't make that evident.

I would drink it if my parents would get something besides the plain old instant decaf crap.
For the taste, I just load it down with sugar. It actually gives a little energy while waiting for the coffee to kick in that way.
