Can't say that I have any real issues with it, and I'm actually quite for it.
Only problem I have, as mentioned in the article, is this : "The real problem is collateral damage," he said. "Suppose you screw up--you hit the wrong machine (or) you shut down an entire computer rather than just a process. What happens if you are sued, not by a bad guy, but by an intermediary who was affected by your counterstrike?"
Since a lot of hackers don't hack straight from their own computer, but through a host computer somewhere else, it may make it a little more difficult to ensure the correct target is hit
