Get down on your knees and REPENT! A voice cried out somewhere in the wilderness, it was John the baptist, "Yo Microsoft Is The LORD, REPENT!". Okay, right now, at your computer just stop what you are doing. Get on your knees and cry. Do it!

Now in the morning go and learn about Visual Studio.NET. Bring freedom to the blind and take all your money and buy a MSDN Universal membership. Also acquire the MSCE training guides and learn Win2k including the internals. You will than preach the word!

No, I've made my choice. I'm committed for good.

There is way too much to learn about .NET. It will take years. Also the operating system will take a couple of years to understand. I don't want to be an end user.

One Step Closer, you better be using a non Microsoft Operating system right now or else you are a hypocrite and a stinking bum.

XML looks great from what I have seen so far. That's what Hailstorm is built on. It is a great idea consolidating peoples personal records and giving them power over their own information. The internet will prosper as a result and people will have more confidence when going online especially to make purchases. Only a dog in his kenel would hate such an idea. That's why I'm not surprised by your comments.

    You mis-spelt "kenel".

    I hope I haven't made a spelling mistake in this post :/

I don't see what's so great about having Microsoft responsible for *all* of my personal records. I don't think most people will either... It won't give me confidence when going online, I'll tell you that! Especially given all the recent Microsoft hacks. If I can't trust them with my email, can I trust them with everything else?

At it's core, isn't XML just tags you define yourself? And SOAP uses it to wrap up remote requests. Nice, but it's been around for a while. The internet doesn't need Hailstorm, people don't need Hailstorm.

I definately want my records consolidated. I make credi card purchases online. I can't be held back by ignorance, I have to make a living in computers. I guess that's why I like Microsoft.
