Thread: Prophets?

    Prophets?

Have any of you ever dreamed about something in the future and it happened EXACTLY the same. I mean you can just tell, because you get some very serious deja-vu when it does happen? I can't even count how many times I've done this.

Yup, I have it at least once a week. I believe we had this discussion a while back, and there is some sort of scientific explanation it. Well, at least there's an explanation to when you experience something then afterwards you remember it happening before. However, whenever I'm experiencingit I can predict the next five seconds of my life; I'm not sure what the explanation to that could be though.

Yep, sometimes I dream and then happens. It's never a big deal but...
Once we were parking at my parents friend house, looked at one side and thought: "I've already done this". It was really scary.
Next day we were in this friend's car and a warning light came on. Nobody knew what it meant, but the first thing I said was that it looked like a tea pot. As we were going into the parking, the water pipes in the engine blew up becouse of the pressure (the water wasn't moving and it started boiling). The thing is that I don't know exactly but it's somehow connected (tea pot -> boiling water) even though it was soupoused to look like it nobody knew, wich is a scary in a way.
Another time two of my friends started going out. Deep down I somehow knew that wouldn't work but I though it was jealousy (at the time I fancied her). A couple of weeks later they broke up. It was a really strange feeling when she told me.

I'd be surprised if anyone bothers to read this whole post...

It happens to me too, sometimes I'm in a situation where I can predict what's going to happed but in such a way that's very fast, that I cann't stop it or change it, it feels like if I had the same situation before.
    none...

I've experienced Deja Vu a couple of times. It's really creepy...

I once had a dream that I met a chick at a software store. Two things wrong with this:
    1. I dont _buy_ software.
    2. CHicks dont go into these places.

I wish this dream came true. Oh well. Please dont make dumb jokes now im getting tired of it...how longs it been since one was made? 5 minutes?

    reply's to you .

As for me, I don't believe in deja-vu, Nor in people predicting
the future wether it's in a dream or not.

I've read that deja-vu is caused by the brain accidentally sending the same signal twice back to back. Don't know how true that is though....

That's a great scientific explanation. No predicting and super

    At least 4 times.
    Since I don't get much sleep I don't dream much (:
    1. One time I saw myself get into a car accident.
    2. This is more of a deja-vu experience. Last thanksgiving we were having the huge god fight and I thought how terrible it would be to have a discussion about god. So for thanksgiving about 15 of us are sat down on this huge table. And somehow the discussion turns to women rights in arabia. So the mother of one of the girls stands up and gives her interpretation of genesis. It's a little to graphic here but it hinged on the idea that the snake was a certain male body part.

3 and 4 involve betrayal. Always go with your instinct.
