My teacher called me home.. To help her out install Linux... She had a 20 GB HDD... C Drive 10 and D drive 10..thru fdisk i removed D and the logical partition.. Thus freeing 10 GB.. then went on to install linux.. I choose LILO boot and write to MBR.. But after instalation the LILO option never came up.. I even tried booting from the Linux bootable floppy it created... But it says loading and says could not load or something and insert new disk... What it the problem.. I tried installing 2nd time but the same...
I have installed Linux before without problems... Redhat 6, Mandrake etc. and she runs WIndows ME...
