If you write software for your company, than that software is your company its property.

If you want to use the software developed for your company in personal live, then you would have to purchase it, since it is not owned by you, but by your company. But I can imagine that your company allows you to use the software developed by you and perhaps also by others being used by you in personall live, but they will be very carefull with that.
