You are right... In fact I hate the star wars movies, they are so unreal, and I think for a movie to be good it should be realistic, to make you believe that it can really happen...

There are a lot of movies I hate, cant remember all their names. I watched this movie 'Tank Girl' the other day, the movie sucked, but I somehow had fun watching it!! So, my vote is 'Tank Girl'.

A cheap movie called "campfire stories". It's one of those movies where its supposed to be serious and scary, but it ends up just being funny as hell cause it's so lame. But, it's definetly not worth the money to rent.

    [edit]
"glass house" was really lame too

Buried Alive. We rented it because it had a warning label on the front of it - "One of the goriest movies ever". Shoulda said "Warning: 5 lines of dialogue in this movie". That movie was f'ed up beyond all reason.

My other choice would be "Dude, where's my car"

    I don't care if a movie's realistic or whatever (otherwise I wouldn't like Swordfish) - if it's not a documentary, as long as it's entertaining, I don't care.

Embrace Of The Vampire was pretty bad, only worth watching for the one scene where Alyssa Milano is topless.

Il Decameron by Pier Paolo Pasolini
This is actually nine different stories, all of them from Giovanni Boccaccio's 14th-century novel.
It takes a lot of effort to watch this movie, turn the volume down, or all shouting Italians will get on your nerves.
The actors has certainly given the word 'overplay' a whole new meaning to me. I've never seen its like.

Many recent american war movies* has scared me a lot, too. Are the americans really buying propaganda like that?

*) Such as Black Hawk Down, etc.

That was a damn good movie.

    > battlefield earth

That wasn't... I seem to remember hearing that might be made into a cartoon... That makes me want to curl into the fetal position and start crying.

Either of the more recent star wars movies. George Lucas should be shot.
