I got tired of Visual Basic browsing at www.planetsourcecode.com , so I visited the C/C++ section, looked for tutorials (because I didn't knew C/C++ back then) and they said to be from www.cprogramming.com
that was about a year ago

a week ago, I had a problem and I looked for a forum everywhere, but then I remembered that this place existed, so I tried to create a user, and here I am

I typed www.cprogramming.com into the navigation bar and found this super elite group of programmers that took me in and accepted me as the coolest poster on the board.

I was just looking for some good C++ sites where I could find help on, mainly with Windows API stuff. I tried cplusplus.com, but that was created back then (in 1999...it does exist now...although it sucks compared to this place...no offense to it).

So i just tried typing in a bunch of sites and tried this one and i liked it.

I posted as a guest at the old board from several months, then in late 1999 i finally became a member...

    Same as gamegod...

I also tried cpp-programming.com. There were
a few tutorials and a function dictionary, but
last time I checked it, it didn't exist.

Oh my, cpp-programming.com is apparently an
adult-website now. Was this the website I
remember? Hmmm, how things have changed.
