Comprehensive math final, enough said.
I can hardly remember what we did last week, so how am I expected to remember stuff from august?
(math is usually my good area but...)

Well you better start getting used to it. I think courses like math arent too difficult when they are comprehensive. Usually topics build upon themselves, but in order to understand the next section, you should have understood the previous.
Well good luck with the final.

I took it prior to posting. I could remember how to make my calculator do the old stuff, but I couldn't remember how to do it long-hand. There were people from the hour before who didn't leave until halfway through class and there were only 9 problems! It took me about 20 minutes but some friends (jessie23) of mine were still going when the hour was over.

My friend... just wait.
I had a calc test that was 5 problems and took the everyone at least 1:15 to do it.
I think that math becomes difficult or easy, according to the one who is teaching it...
I had many math courses, and it was really depending on the teacher...
none...
Amen to that one ammar. I knew many people who thought they were going to die last year when bill gave a crash course in algebra as part of electronics. bill is the worst teacher ever.

I had a Micros 2 final the other day. The other 2 tests in there took me 15 minutes apiece to do - they were each 4 or 5 problems with multiple parts. I expected this one to be similar. I couldn't believe the stack of paper he gave us. 10 pages or so, 8 problems. The material wasn't hard, but c'mon... Another person and I were the first done - it took us an hour and a half. I really hope the other people got it done in the allotted 2 hours... On a related note: making me hand assemble 20 lines of code == not fair.

Just got my results last hour, 102% . I thought I was going to get a D because I didn't do any of it longhand (papreck usually wants work to be shown). I'm happy. It's a weighted class and I have an A for sleeping through it. Kinda makes me feel ripped off.

IT Math final is today for me. I'll do good on it. Arrays, looping/stepping through arrays and algorithms. A whole 20 points for the final(the school crammed for time this year so all finals are pretty much everydays TESTS!! WOOT!). I'll probably get a C in the course though because I wasn't here for inclass activity points so I received, fairly, a zero. I also totally bombed 2 algebra review test coz' my algebra sucks. Retook one though to raise the grade..brought it to a C. Damn distributive property crap...I'm soo rusty.
The world is waiting. I must leave you now.
I've had one or two math tests with 5-6 questions taking 5 hours. And yes, everyone used the entire time.Originally posted by golfinguy4
