I'm probably talking to the wrong board about this, but has anybody else considered a major in Education or teaching? If so, how was your experience with it? The only reason I ask is because I have lurked the campus of CrAkron University for a year and a half with no idea of what my major is.
Just do your Major in CS - if you wanna teach you can get a teaching Credential - that's what some dudes are doing after they graduate.
You need a Masters to get anywhere in teaching and probably a PHd to become a proffessor.

I have not considered teaching as a major, or as a profession, but I would like to teach, and I am considering teaching high school computer science after I retire. I think it would be fun. But it has to be after I retire, I do not want to be a teacher as my profession.has anybody else considered a major in Education or teaching?
