I got into music around 8th grade (bad point in my life).
Mostly listened to heavy metal...since then i've listened to all sorts of rock. Whenever i'm ........ed, i go and rock out. I jump around and head bang and scream and play air guitar and singa long. I highly recommend this to anyone else out there, you just feel great afterwards. So to anyone out there who has been struggling with a personal problem lately i say listen to music.
