    Chamber Of Secrets!

Who is a Harry Potter fan? I saw the movie and it was actually really good. Has anyone seen it yet?

I actually saw it last night and I very much enjoyed it. It was better than the first movie I thought in that it didn't deviate from the book as much. It also did a good job simply cutting things from the book instead of changing and forcing them so that they could be there. In this way it was easier to follow. However, due to time constraints it did cut quite a bit from the book, and it had to do important scenes in an extremely abreviated way. Because of this I think that if you've read the book you'll easily be able to fill in these gaps and really enjoy it, if you haven't I think it's still a good movie and you'll enjoy it, but be sure to pay attention and realize that time is passing quickly between scenes or you'll get confused.

I really like the Harry Potter books, but didn't like the first movie too much. I haven't had time to see the second one yet, hopefully this weekend! I feel bad saying this since the guy died recently, but I hope they find a good replacement for Dumbledore in the next movie. I really did not like him as the grand wiz in the first movie.

I thought the first movie wasn't all that either.... but this latest one is much better, and I not even an HP fan. Very entertaining, imo. Go see it !

I love HP! (EDIT: Can you tell?! That's why my name deal is 'harryP'.) I went opening night, and it was a phenomenal movie, in my opinon. It followed the book fairly well, which is important, but it changed stuff too, which I like. That way, even though if you've read the book, you still know what'll happen in the long run, but you'll still get some new stuff, too. I was horrified during the Spider's Hollow scene...cowering in my seat, eyes popping, mouth opened in silent scream. I don't like spiders. -Blushes- I even wore my HP Halloween costume there. I wasn't the only one, either. And that final battle was AMAZING! But I won't spoil it for anyone else...
