I can't believe Black and White made anyone's list. sure, it's a towering achievement of AI, but it's one of the most tedious games ever.

These are about the best that I can run on my machine. The specs are a 100 MHz pentium, 40 megs DRAM, a sound blaster 16, and some generic 4 meg video card. Maybe it's just a rat on a treadmill in there.
