The flashing winner is the worst, drives me nuts! Especially when it ends up on the right or left of the screen since then I can't scroll down to get rid of it... grrrr!!!! The Saddam one is pretty bad too...

To stop the saddam ad I just shoot the damn thing at his head. Some popups come up but I have my NoAds program set to block them, so it does literally nothing. It's actually quite entertaining when that lil' rascal tries to escape me
I still voted it most annoying, though.
Ive never seen the Saddam one. The mosta nnoying is the dumb Javaone which has a popus when you place your mouse over it. I voted for the virus warning one: I feel as if its insulting my ability to run a firewall and antivirus app.

AFAIK Davros, the Saddam banner only seems to appear in the States - it's localized pain, not globalized.
Anyways - my vote goes to one that's not listed - the one that's a group of racing lights - it's got sound so terrible I thought my speakers were dying the first time it loaded.
