Why would I want a Spy Hear 007? I don't care what people say about me any ways.
My guess is that the add would be illegal in the UK. I'll stick with my vote for the WINNER banner.
The Saddam banner also makes your mouse cursor flicker, and disappear when it's not being movedit's annoying!
Anyway... I do click on the ads once and a while, to help out the siteI was running a successful website/forum at one time which had been getting around 10000 hits/day... the average number of people who would click on a sponser's link in a month was.... 3!. So, we ran out of money and were no longer able to maintain the site (the cost of our time); and it died

There is nothing more annoying than the WINNER banner especialy the BIG one, by the way I've never seen the Saddam Husein one.
The one that narks me is one we get in the UK......It looks like a flashing control that says "You've got mail - click here"......
But the kind of swamp life that fall for that one deserve to be targeted for some sales pitch IMO

I think some of those ads are so sad. They would only confuse the most computer iliterate. I mean, I know older folks who have callwave and try to _pick up the phone_ while they're hearing the message that was _previously_ recorded and sent. Those ads are targeting this crowd. Don't be a sucker.
