Im writing a paper for history on the importance of the amb treaty when it was created compared to its significance in todays society. I was wondering if some of you guys who were around back then could give me some background information (your stories/opionons or links to info) about how life was like then having to think about these things(worrying about the red scare, nuclear war, ...........) and what the nations general attitude was during these times.
