    Jello Biafra (If he counts as a band)
    Yeah, one that likes to talk more than it likes to sing

    Y'know, I popped in the Dark Side of The Moon yesterday, and it sounded fresh and alive! Man, what a timeless band!

    Yeah, Lou Reed and the Velvet Underground formed one of the greatest bands, I believe. Check out the one with Nico (banana on the cover ), nice rock 'n roll.

    Funny thing, I have spent my whole life around the Latino culture, and still love 30 year old rancheros from the likes of Los Rancheritos Del Topo Chico and Las Invasores Del Nuevo Leon. /*sigh*/Now there's some music that sings from the heart! But all of you are UK'ers and Northern US'ers and wouldn't enjoy it much. (I promise you )
    Code:
    #include <cmath>
    #include <complex>
    bool euler_flip(bool value)
    {
        return std::pow
        (
            std::complex<float>(std::exp(1.0)),
            std::complex<float>(0, 1)
            * std::complex<float>(std::atan(1.0)
            *(1 << (value + 2)))
        ).real() < 0;
    }

    You could make my list almost exactly similar to Tech's above, though I would have to add the anniversary, the rentals, weezer, the promise ring, modest mouse and ben folds five

    well...i have over 250 cd's so it's really hard to name em...i can pick four catagories though:

    heavy metal: Soil
    blues-rock: Kenny Wayne Shepard Band
    punk: Green Day (dookie, insomniac)
    alternative: NickelBack and Pearl Jam

    I listen to music constantly, it's sort of what relieves any stress i have, it just overall elevates my mood. It's going to get even better by christmas though, i'm getting a new ibanez guitar.
    God help the neighbors.
