    systems support woes

it is truly amazing how many people are completely studentwhen it comes to computers, im working on a computing helpdesk at uni, this desk is only for computing, engineering and maths faculty and the amount of people that are cluess is amazing.

peple failing to understand a simple win2000 login box, people wanting to install stuff like msn to the uni lan and hundreds of other stupid people - and i cant even swear at them!

If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
