EDXOR isn't really a C++ editor but I have had it for a long time so it is a favorite of mine. I just add .cpp to the end and it works nicely...EDXOR can be found at:

MS NOTEPAD, what are others for? A text editor (a simple) is to make write normal text.. programs don't make difference.. Notepad is all you need

It can only load a file of a certain size and has no real fetures..
Textpad has;
- Hex viewer
- It can handle huge files
- Spell checker
- Template library (for HTML,Java). And you can add more
- Customisable commands (so you can have a Compile or even Build command)
- A real fast way to search a folder of files for certain text. Great for .h file lookups
- File Comparison
- MDI
- Text formatting (transpose, change case etc....)
- Loads of stuff I cant remember
