I just recently bought a HP Deskjet 5550

I bought it for $139.99 at Costco. Look at reviews for it, almost everybody says it's the best printer on the market for that price (and even better than some more expensive ). Ink cartridges are a little small but I've so far printed out about 20 photos all at near 8x10 size with the quality at best and still have about 50% ink left.

Whatever you do, don't get a lexmark. Those are very very unreliable.

Yeah, my HP is a replacement for my 1.5 year old Epson that doesn't print right anymore
