I would like to see the 'lightatdawn Awards'. These go to people who badly maim, scar, permanently injure, and generally disfigure for life, the people mentioned in these lawsuits.
First punishment: Place hot cup of coffee in someones lap, put van on cruise control and drive them off the highway (while they eat dog food and pepsi). ... Okay, fine; Then hit them with some overly large nuclear weapons.
