    I thought Delphi & Pascal sould be 1 option.

    As far as I know (yeah..you'll correct me if I'm wrong..) Delphi uses Pascal as its base??

    Besides, which language I use depends on the problem being solved.

    true, but the point is that Perl is a very powerful language and does powerful things with greater ease...

    the broke the DVD encryption in 7 lines of code...
