This time last year I was about 100kg's. I ran everyday for about 6 months and lost it all. I weigh about 85kg's and I'm 180 or so CM tall, so I'm an acceptable weight for my height.

Actually, chances are if you don't have a stomach, you'll have nice big love handles. They're the last bit of fat to disappear on guys... and most people never get them to disappear.I think grabbing your stomach and seeing what's there is a fairly easy way to determine if your fat or not.
ummm... I'm with XSquared on this one... there's no 200-250 range... which is where I fall... 215ish... which isn't bad for a guy that's 6'3"

Dunno if this has been mentioned already or not, but your weight doesn't indicate how fat or skinny you are. Your ideal weight depends on your height.
I'm about 5'6" or 5'7", and I weigh around 140lbs - my ideal weight. Well, that's what they say at least; I think I'm pretty skinny...
