coding ability doesn't matter. anyone with coding ability (or a lack thereof) can contribute his/her best without being a moderator.
these are minor problems. gets doesn't prevent overrruns. fflush(stdin) is undefined. void main() is not technically correct. goto is the sin of the devil. if the program is>First of all, you obsess over minute details like void main(), fflush(stdin), and gets().
maybe its just me but, i wouldnt call these neccessarily minor...
and good coding practice starts with the "little things".
then why focus on these imperfections of c at all?Code:int main() { printf("2 + 2 = %d\n",2+3); return 0; }
eh... i shouldn't have put that into my argument... it's just a pet peeve i have and it has no bearing on prelude's fitness as a moderator.First of all, you obsess over minute details like void main(), fflush(stdin), and gets().
