[EDIT]Would an existing mod please be kind enough to explain the duties of a "super mod". I see ygf is on the nominated list, and he's already a mod, so I presume super mod is another level, but what are the differences?

(and now I ain't going to get voted in because I'm asking dumb questions! )

[EDIT2]Also, I don't know what you think, but you might want to help people with the "what makes a good mod" bit, just to give people some guidelines.
