it's the second one. and i think he has a point. we should have an admin all the time who can response to things at any given time.
I think its fine with just moderators, as I dont see why we'd need another admin, as opposed to a mod.

I just don't really see a need for another one. Except for the problems associated with moving the board a few days ago, I can't think of a time where there were any real problems.
uhh... why not just PM kermi? He's on here quite a bit and I think he has access to stuff like that. No reason to rely on the webmaster all the time.
