I've decided not to visit the site based on the replies to this thread. Since I do not have any idea what the content on the site is, I'll just make a random guess (although "are u mad.html" gives me an idea).

okay, I've TRIED visiting the site but all I saw was a few statements and some grey text on the bottom.
There was no picture nor sounds on the page that was from the html except for a black background and coloured text.
It turned out that my internet security was locked and all scripts were disabled... so I told one of my friends to try it out.
His reply was, "are you f***ing sane?!".
So much for that.
He just mentioned it was pointless and had left the site after hearing to some "awful actor".
I think that was a spoiler already.
Anyway, he reminded that I can just view the web page in text mode so I did.
It turned out all I had accessed to was " http://members.aol.com/pethumor/insane.swf ". // shock wave file
After seeing a still image of a indy car and listening to the background noises, I've figured out why my friend had given me such a cruel response.
Did I laugh?
not a bit (I think it is rahter the person/people who made those sounds to be the most insane just for creating it).
It turned out my friend was a big indy car fan.
...so much for an offensive site, eh?
you could at least rather mentioned there was a online store at "Lovely Jubbly's Satellite Site"

Man that was pretty lame. I actually stopped laughing when the sound effect began. At first I thought "this is going to be one of those things where you look at the picture and then a layd screams or something har har" but it wasn't....
