    it's always been gooey here... I've never even heard anyone say "G-U-I"... that just sounds too computer uppity.

    How about cout and cin?

    I say "see out" and "see in", but I've heard people say "cowt" and "sin".

    gooey, sequel, ann see, askee, chose seckon dic
    I've heard professionals and non-professionals call it gooey but never heard it called gee yew eye before.
